PERSONAL PROFILE
I am assistant professor of educational psychology and president of Iranian association for intelligence and talent Also (iafiats), I am Educational Psychologist with a Strong Background in Intelligence, Memory, and Mental Processes. Holding a B.A. in English Language Teaching, an M.Ed. and Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, and a Postdoctoral Specialization in Intelligence and Memory from the University of Pavia, Italy, I bring over 18 Years of Combined Experience in education, Research, and Academic Leadership. I Have Served as Deputy Dean and Head of the Department of Educational Psychology and Personality at Islamic Azad University, Science & Research Branch, while also Contributing Extensively to Teacher Training, Curriculum Development, and Educational Counseling at Both National and International Levels. My Research Focuses on Psychological and Educational Interventions, Cognitive Enhancement, ADHD, Academic Vitality, and Resilience, with Numerous Publications in Reputable Journals and Active Roles as editor-in-chief and Reviewer. I have Supervised and Mentored Many Graduate Students, Guided Applied Research Projects, and Developed Innovative Assessment and Training Modules Adopted in Educational Settings. As a Lecturer, I Create Inclusive and Intellectually Stimulating Environments that Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity; as a Researcher, I Strive to Bridge Theory and Practice, Advancing Knowledge that Improves Learning Outcomes and well-being.
